Board of Directors
ROMTech maintains a strong and well-defined system of Board governance designed to ensure effective oversight, sound decision-making, ethical conduct, and fulfillment of the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities to ROMTech and its stakeholders. ROMTech’s governance framework establishes clear policies, structures, responsibilities, and processes that guide the Board’s activities and provide appropriate oversight of management.
The Board of Directors has adopted specific policies governing its responsibilities, authority, conduct, and decision-making processes. These policies establish clear expectations and operating parameters for the Board and provide a framework for effective governance and accountability.
The Board maintains active and continuous oversight of ROMTech. In addition to regularly scheduled quarterly Board meetings, Board members meet informally on a weekly basis to receive updates on ROMTech’s operations, discuss significant developments, and provide guidance and oversight to management. This frequent communication enables the Board to remain well informed regarding ROMTech’s performance, challenges, opportunities, and emerging risks.
As ROMTech’s highest level of corporate oversight, the Board is responsible for establishing strategic direction and overseeing executive management and ROMTech’s overall performance. Key Board responsibilities include evaluating and overseeing the Chief Executive Officer, reviewing and approving budgets and significant financial decisions, overseeing enterprise-wide risks, monitoring regulatory and legal compliance, and promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of ROMTech’s resources.
Through this governance structure, the Board maintains appropriate separation between oversight and day-to-day management while ensuring that management remains accountable for executing ROMTech’s strategy and operating the business effectively.

In 2025, he was named one of The Healthcare Technology Report’s Top 25 MedTech Executives in recognition of his leadership and innovation in medical technology.
